Bookish

Sometimes you find a book you just can't put down. Ian McEwan's Saturday is just that. Perhaps it's the descriptions of the London I know so well, perhaps it's because he's just a great modern author.

Thanks, H2 (my incredible friend who studied literature, teaches English and gives inspiring book recommendations).

Speaking of good reads, I've been into The Cider House Rules by John Irving (reading slowly, only finding time to read on my daily commute). I pretty much have loved every book of his that I've read (The World According to Garp, A Widow For One Year).
