Michelle Williams

If you're a subscriber of Marie Claire like me, you've probably already seen the lovely Michelle Williams gracing the February cover.    She looks absolutely gorgeous with her edgy pixie cut and her light pink lips, don't you think?

I also enjoyed reading the interview and learning how the loss of Heath Ledger has effected her through the last few years.  I can't wait to see Blue Valentine and finally know what all the buzz is about.  Have any of you seen it?

she just gets prettier and prettier as she gets older.

Remember her on Dawson's Creek? Jen....ooooh, I didn't like her stealing Dawson away from his true love, Joey.

(though didn't Joey end up with Pacey at the end? I kinda lost interest in the ending seasons...)

She is just drop dead gorgeous! That haircut always sends me half way to the hairdresser and then I remember that the last time I had short hair I wanted it to grow back after two days.
Haven't seen Blue Valentine but heard somewhere that it was sad? I can never psych myself up to see something if I know it will be sad, do let us know what you think if you see it.

I've always thought she was lovely, even way back in the Dawson's Creek days. I love that cropped 'do!

I had the immense honour to see Blue Valentine at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival (it was it's world premiere with Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams in attendance!!!). It IS a really good movie, enjoyed it a lot and recommend it to you. Michelle is so inspiring, her style and her poise, gosh she is so elegant. She was a vision in Channel at that premiere and wore my favorite dress of the whole festival.

I just found your blog through city girl chicago. I moved to Chicago from LA last August.

These photos make me want to keep my hair short. I chopped it all off right before I moved and have (kind of) been growing it out. We'll see... :)

Glad I found your blog!

I won't lie. I completely forgot about her! AH! I know. She looks amazing though. I am thhiiis close to chopping my hair off; I have seen so many with short pixie cuts, I want it!

If I had the courage, I would cut my hair like hers in a second. But I don't so it will stay long. I never really liked her much but I think she has presented herself with such grace and dignity in the last few years that I can't help but admire her.

Oh, My Darling January 15, 2011 at 6:45 PM

Total girlcrush. She might even beat Zooey Deschanel in that category.

Haven't seen Blue Valentine yet, but I can't wait to!

I just love her! So cute and stylish and that pixie cut is just the best :)

Michelle is timeless! Seriously, loved watching her over the years. Now I must go read that interview :-)

Ashleigh January 18, 2011 at 3:33 PM

She's always had such a sweet look. Wasn't crazy about her GG's look (what WAS that?) but normally adore her style. I would love to read this article, I still can't believe about Heath sometimes :(

The Franglaise January 20, 2011 at 4:05 PM

Wow, I'm amazed. Hasn't she changed? She looks better as the years go by. Love her new haircut and style!
