For Japan With Love

I have no words for the situation in Japan...it saddens me greatly, as I'm sure it does all of you.  Like so many, I don't have much to give, but I want to do my part.  So that's why I'm participating in the Bloggers Day of Silence tomorrow.  Every little thing I can do to help is something, even if it is just a day of silence. And if we all participate, imagine the possibilities.  For more information about For Japan With Love, visit ever ours and utterly engaged.  Please help me spread the word!

You are all such wonderful people, and I know that together we can make a difference and help the victims who are all so far away.

Another easy way to donate is to text 90999 with a message reading REDCROSS to give $10 to support disaster relief efforts.

i didn't fully understand the relevance of this until it was too late but am in full support for Japan and all the efforts like the ones you've made and others too.

bless you, this is one tough topic to handle with grace and it's nice to see when it is done this way, so eloquent and appropriate. ♥

I donated. I'm still not all that sure how the blogger day of silence helped those in need in Japan since social media has been vital during the disaster and also because not everyone blogs everyday. But anyway, I understand that it came from a good place :)

It's really heartbreaking about Japan. I'm glad to read that the plant looks as though it is stabilizing but feel incredibly sad for the brave 50 that are working hard and risking radiation. Japan is strong and I can only wish for good news over the next few days.

I can't bear to look at anymore news coverage of this. it's so heartbreaking. never in my lifetime did I think I would see such an extreme display of nature's destruction. My hearts and prayers go out to these people.
