Dreaming in color :: In Rainbows

This whole country is currently too cold.  For the last 3 days, the temps have been single digits with wind chills way below zero in Chicago and practically all of the midwest.  It's not cool to be this cold, winter!  You're just being cruel!

Similar to dreaming in peach, today I'm dreaming in rainbows.  After spotting this woman's coat, I new I needed more.  The sun is shining out there, it has been for the last few days.  But it doesn't make up for the brutal cold.  So take a moment to enjoy these colorful images today because if you live in the cold like me you likely won't be seeing/experiencing any real rainbows any time soon.

And just to keep you laughing...

"Winter is nature's way of saying, "Up yours."  ~Robert Byrne

I have that blanket on my bed! It's fantastic as a coat. I can't complain about the cold, think it's going to be in the 70's here in Phoenix today.

Love the quote as it is very appropriate this week in Chicago.

I'm not enduring what you have to go through but, for Florida, it's been unusually cold and rainy so I'm totally appreciating this cheery post! And that cake is making me hungry. Btw, your response to the kissing entry was so sweet!
