Fiesta!
Happy Cinco de Mayo, mi amigos! Today, for Cornflake Dreams' blog crawl, I've put together a board full of Cinco de Mayo-inspired things, from delicious guacamole (a must) to cookies, cupcakes and decorations. A fiesta of this calibur would be quite amazing, don't you think? Are any of you going to one? My only plan is to sip a margarita with the hubs post-work and maybe come home to cook up some tacos. But wouldn't it be better to come home to find a piñata and festive lights everywhere? I think so.

i always go out for Cinco de Mayo - except thios year, i'm sick -- i LOVE TONIGHT! .. sooo much fun, and i miss out :o(

I think this holiday should be celebrated more where I live. It isn't paid so much attention in Ontario. Maybe I'll work on changing that...........have fun, happy May 5!

I totally forgot about pinatas! That looks like fun. Although, I don't know how much fun it would be as I would crack open the candy and then let it sit there since I try and stay away from candy. :(

I love all the Cinco de Mayo inspiration -- especially the guacamole. Yum! And I had no idea there was an awesome blog crawl going on. I really got lost in schoolwork this week. At least I did get out on Cinco de Mayo for dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
