I've been in touch with the Haitian Congress to Fortify Haiti about the supplies they're looking for. They're based reasonably locally (Evanston) and were on NPR today discussing their role in the rescue efforts. We are going to try and donate there, so if you have any of the items below, I'll be happy to drop them off.
